01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Campus Space platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.

02. Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior. Campus Space is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all members of the university community. Any user found to be posting explicit, violent, or harassing content, or engaging in abusive conduct towards others, will have their account immediately and permanently terminated without prior warning.

03. Eligibility and Accounts

• Student Verification: Most features are restricted to verified university students. You must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• One Account: Users are strictly limited to one personal account. Businesses must apply for a separate merchant profile.

04. Community Conduct & Prohibited Content

Campus Space is a professional and academic-oriented community. You agree NOT to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment & Abuse: Spam, bullying, intimidation, or hate speech directed at any student or group.
• Objectionable Content: Posting inappropriate, violent, explicit, or offensive materials.
• Fraudulent Activity: Posting misleading content in the marketplace, fake accounts, or impersonation.
• Illegal Acts: Copyright infringement, distributing stolen property, or any illegal activities.
• System Abuse: Attempting to bypass security measures or hack other accounts.

05. Reporting & Blocking

To maintain a safe environment, users are provided with tools to manage their experience:

• Reporting: You can report any objectionable content or users directly through the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
• Blocking: You may block any abusive users at any time. Blocking a user immediately removes them and their content from your view.

06. Enforcement

We actively moderate content and will immediately remove objectionable content and ban offending users. Violations of these terms, especially those involving harassment or explicit content, will result in permanent account termination without prior notice.

07. Your Responsibilities

As a member of Campus Space, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully towards all members.
• Report objectionable content or abusive behavior immediately upon discovery.
• Maintain the security of your account and never share access.
• Ensure all marketplace listings and job postings are truthful and accurate.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Campus Space. However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content across our platform to provide services and promote the community.

10. Disclaimers

Campus Space is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will always be safe, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions or content of users, nor are we liable for any disputes arising between buyers and sellers in the marketplace.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
